Delicious Vegan Granola Bars

Looking for a great, healthy, vegan snack for you and your kids??

Here’s a great recipe for the most scrumptious granola bars!

What you need…

-1/2 cup of almond butter (or peanut butter)

-1/4 cup of vegan chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)

-1/4 cup of honey (can also use maple syrup)

-3 tbsp of water

-1 1/2 cups of organic oats

-1cup of dates

Mix all together in a blender or food processor ( I used my Ninja). Spread out in a container/dish of your choice and place in freezer or fridge for it to get sturdy and firm enough to cut in strips and hold.
