So today I came up with an awesome lunch dish that my kids absolutely loved! A PB & J pizza! Ha, before you get impressed, the only reason why my taste buds led to this concoction was because I had to come up with something to eat with the very few ingredients I had (haven’t been to the grocery store yet). Because I had 3/4 of a store bought pizza crust already in the fridge, and always keep my fridge stocked with Pb & J, viola! : ) It not only is healthy and vegan, it was delicious and my kids loved it!
So here’s what you need…
-store bought pizza crust of your choice
-jelly (I use organic)
-peanut butter (organic)
-1 organic apple
-cinnamon
You can pretty much use common sense on how to prepare this meal : ). Just in case you haven’t figured it out, here are some pics to help…
1. Spread PB & J over crust
2. Cut apple into slices (Just like pepperonis!)

5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top (I aimed for the apples)
4. Put in oven on 400° for 15-20 min (or until crust and apples are cooked to your liking)

4. ENJOY!!
(Kaylee picked off the apples and ate them first just like she would do with pepperonis!)
