So I stumbled upon this really delish smoothie recipe in a magazine I was reading. I decided to try it out myself and it was sooo good!….and EASY!!!
What you’ll need…
1 very ripe banana
1 tbsp. of peanut butter (can sub almond butter
A dash to a tsp of cinnamon
4 seedless dates
3-4 ice cubes
1 cup of almond milk
Place all in a blender and mix!
This is super quick and easy and gives you a full feeling to get you by till your big meal! Great source of protein and oh so good!
