So this recipe is so easy and quick.
(I’m all about that being a mom of 3 little ones : ) )
What you’ll need…
1 yellow squash
1-2 zucchini depending on size
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 jar of organic red sauce of choice
spaghetti noodles
1 1/2 cups of kale
olive oil
Young Living’s oregano essential oil (optional)
Directions
Chop zucchini and squash into small chunks and mince your garlic. Saute zucchini, squash, kale, and garlic in olive oil in a pan, adding salt and pepper to taste, on med-high heat until veggies are tender and kale is wilted. Then add red sauce (You may need to add 1/4-1/2 of red sauce jar full of water once you emptied the jar). Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 10-15 min. Once heated to desired temperature, place on simmer/low. I then add my secret to getting great taste…
Young Living’s Oregano oil! I’m telling you, it makes such a difference. I only have to add 2 drops! Since cooking with these oils, I’ve noticed a HUGE change in the flavor of my recipes. I absolutely love it!!!
I then let it simmer for a few minutes while I cook my pasta in a separate pot. Once the noodles are done, I serve!!
