I cannot say how much these have bailed me out of some serious hunger cravings during the raw challenge.
Ingredients…
1.5 cups of organic gluten free rolled oats
1 cup of raw almonds
1/4 cup of almond butter
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
about 7 pitted dates
2 tbsp of raw honey
add water to get desired consistency (I used about 1/8 cup)
Directions…
Mix altogether in blender (it’s good to start with nuts, then cocoa powder and oats…then add the rest). Take out and flatten and spread out in baking dish. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes. Take them out of the freezer and use a pizza cutter to cut out desired size bars!
