The flavor is so good!
(I just have yet to get use to the cold zucchini lol)
Ingredients…
The sauce:
1/2 cup raw cashews
About 1 cup of diced tomatoes
1-2 tbsp of pasta sauce of choice (I had a jar of organic tomato basil)
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes
about 4 fresh basil leaves
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp of EVOO
(might have to add water for desired consistency)
Mix altogether in a blender!
Pasta…
Spiralize 1 med-large zucchini
Now, serve!
