So why did I title it Organic Taco Scrap???
Haha because I literally used leftover ingredient scraps I had to come up with this concoction.
(And sorry this isn’t vegan…I just figured out I can digest organic deer meat without any inflammation 😊. You can opt out of the meat if you prefer.)
Ingredients…
1/2 lb of deer meat (hunted by my FIL…shoutout)
3/4 can of organic ranchero beans
1/2 organic onion chopped
1 clove of minced organic garlic
1.5 tbsp of organic taco seasoning
1/4 cup of organic marinara
Hand full of organic kale chopped
Directions…
Cook meat, garlic, and onions in a skillet on medium high heat. Once meat is browned and onions are semi translucent, add seasoning, beans and marinara. Stir them until fully heated then add kale and cover. Once kale is semi wilted, your done!!! I sprinkled some nutritional yeast for added Vitamin b12 and served with diced avocado😉.
Easy 10min dinner and so stinkin delish!!!
I served with roasted gold potatoes and sautéed green beans!!
The hubs and kids loved it!
