Wolfberry Cinnamon Cocoa Protein Balls

Best part besides the delicious taste… they’re vegan and gluten free!!

 

What you’ll need…

1 cup of raw cashews (blended fine)

1/2 cup of Young Living Ningxia Wolfberries or dried goji berries (blended to smaller pieces)

Approximately 1/2 cup (I did 4 serving tbsp full) of Almond butter

1/4-1/2 cup of almond meal flour (slowly add till desired texture…not too dry, not too sticky)

1 tbsp of cocoa powder

1tsp vanilla extract

1tbsp local honey

1 tsp maple syrup

1 drop of Young Living Cinnamon Essential Oil

 

Directions…

Easiest task ever… mix ingredients together with ya clean hands and roll into bite sized balls!!
